Olyphant Ambulance will only bill for Basic Life Support (BLS) services provided by Olyphant Ambulance. Your Insurance carrier will be billed and balances will be covered by Membership Plans (if you have one with us).
Charges for Advanced Life Support (Paramedic Services) are billed separately by the Advanced Life Support Agency. These charges are not the responsibility of Olyphant Ambulance.
